Title: beaded strap with beaver bag?

What do I have here. Got this in a trade. What I want to know is is this strap like  handmade something special or come from  crazy crow or something. Not seen much bead work so don't really know.

Looks like modern tube or tile beads held together with artificial sinew, but can’t sat for sure from the photos. Also bag looks like maybe otter vs. beaver. Possibly not antique, but cool nonetheless. — JB

Looks like a otter hide bag to me, strap with modern glass tile beads.
