This one is about 9 1/2" from the tip of the finial to the tip of the stopper and about 1" at the base and a little less than 3/4 where the tip meets the horn. The base is Walnut and held in place by 6 iron pins. It is covered with Pewter held by Brass tacks. The base is threaded 1-8, it shaped like an upside down "T" so there would be more strength for the threaded section. The finial is Maple. The tip is 2 1/2" and made of horn, it was threaded to fit the horn but then secured with 3 pins. The body is square with rounded edges, the band was heated and pressed on, it has 4 pins in it to secure it. Color is AF on the body and some dye on the tip and band.
