Recently completed British Officers Gorget done as a representation of a F&I Battlefield "pickup" .....It seems unfortunately the sterling silver gorget didn't provide much protection for it's owner against a roundball and it is unlikely the Officer survived the battle......................

Ouch. I suppose the tourniquet they used for first aide didn't help the poor guy either.
