I have two of those. The wheel that holds the caps is leather on mine. I am not sure they are antique?

These were quite common in the 1960s and 1970s, maybe later, but do not appear to be manufactured today. On some of them the metal was brass and some it was aluminum. They don't seem to come up on the secondary market (eBay) much either. Not sure who manufactured them, but don't think it was Ted Cash.

Of all the ones I tried when I was using nipple guns, I liked these the best. Cept' for revolver.
