Not sure who he is, but there’s a really nice rifle of his in the For Sale section.

I have seen and examined that rifle when belonged to a previous owner, and can testify to the fine workmanship and beauty of this gun,... definitely not his first build,...Kinda reminds me of Don Bruton's excellent work,... possibly can replace the drum  with a liner, and drop in a lefty flint.... and have best of both,... Hey Sir,

I am a noob here, when you say "Weird Mounts", what does that mean?  If you have time to answer.  Just trying to learn the lingo.
