Finished my Fowler and wanted a horn to go with it. Decided to take a crack at it. Not near what some of the masters I've seen on here but hopefully it will hold powder.

Did a little studying but also had some help from Tim Crosby. Asked him plenty of questions good patient guy.

It's pine. I just used some left over iron nitrate to stain it.

Pretty darn good for a first (second, third or even twentieth) attempt. You should be very pleased.

That was a nice touch, it worked well.

Staples in got it strapped up and ready for powder. Got horn straps and staple from powder horns and more good company to buy from.
