LR Engraving -- opinion -- Round 2 (cropped pictures added)

Several months ago we had a brief discussion about which period riflemaker's engraving each of us liked and why. I intended to post some pictures of the work of my personal favorites but forgot to do it.
In all four examples of golden age rifles below I like the variety of details in the designs but I also really admire the variety of line depth/width each man used.
I wish I could do lettering this well!
Some of Eister's engraving is definately better than this example
Images are from the KRA CD and on it you can zoom in for real detail.

Here's how I'd rank them:
#1 Pickel
#2 Noll
#3 Davidson
#4 Eister?
Note: Any other Eister box engraving I have examined would likely rank #1 in this evaluation. This example is the weakest I've seen. I can't help but to wonder whether it's actually the work of Eister.
