Need help identifying manufacturer of my .62cal. Trade Gun

To my chagrin, I've learned that my erstwhile NSW trade gun wasn't made by them or their predecessor, North Star, or by Davide Pedersoli & C for that matter.  The only identifying marks on the 36" bbl. are, reading from muzzle -> breech (lower left flat), .62 cal. GRF:  No serial no., no marks in the bbl. channel or anywhere else.  While the lock plate has a Circle Fox stamping (right side) and a serpent sideplate on the left, it also says Made In Italy on an inside surface.  Btw, the buttplate is a clone of the 1815 Barnett pictured in the TOW catalog.  Lastly,  the 1st "wedding band" is 12 1/8" from the breech plug, while the 2nd is 15 1/8" from it.  Can anyone help me determine who actually made the gun, which was represented to me as a NSW product?

Green River Forge. It existed in the 1970's and early 80's as well. They were located in Roosevelt, Utah.

Thanks Ray!  A closer examination of the lock, a Lott replica, also revealed a highly ornate GRF logo in the right rear corner, which I initially thought was engraving.  The lock also has the Circle Fox/Sitting Fox stamping.
