first real attempts at bag making, have made a couple others but nothing worth showing.comments and criticisms welcome! both are bark-tan deer with hemp lining, light colored fringe on the first one is goat skin.also the rawhide repair on the horn is an actual repair, mice or bugs had ate a hole in it.

I like them both.  I like the fringe effect of the hemp lining on the flap.  I also like the color combinations and the size of the bags.  Nice work!

Dave, good job on both of them and I like the effect of the fringe under the flap.  Keep up the good job.

Ps. Could you post the dimensions for everyone?

Good job on both of them. With a little age, they will be right at home.

I suspect mice ate the hole in the one. I have had them chew on a piece of bark tan before. Must be something in the tanning they like.

Thanks for sharing those.
