Banded Horn W/Two Piece Tip

This one is about 15 ¼” around the outside curve, the Walnut base is about 2 ¼”, it is held in by six steel pins that also hold the lower band on. The center band is held with two steel pins. The tip is make from two pieces of antler, they are pinned together with three wooden pegs. It is pinned to the horn with three more wooden pegs. No coloring has been done.

Great looking horn Tim and I love the little details you added.  Quite frankly I like the horn in the 'au naturel'.  It should gain it's own patina over time.  Thanks for sharing Tim.
