ALR Museum "master" Gunsmith: Henry Spitzer, ..New Market, VA returns

Henry Spitzer, master  of the Shenandoah Valley gunmakers, returns to the ALR Museum with a fine carved, signed rifle. ( I personally photoed this gun at Winchester and failed to take a photo of the barrel signature...Hurricane  :-\)

Great rifle!  Also great photographs.  Is there biographical information available on Henry Spitzer?

Very Nice gun !! I live near the Spitzer Rifle Shop, it is still standing and in nice condition as well.
