In discussing the John Stoudenour with a friend who has no computer he asked a question based on an Oldham SxS Bedford double he had restored many years ago.
This rifle had double ramrods. But at the time he neglected to photograph the Oldham and specifically the entry pipes area.
The ones he sees in the books are apparently single rods. He has built several single rod doubles over the years and wants to do one with the double loading rods.
He would really like to see a photo of the bottom of such a rifle for a few inches either way centered on the entry pipes if anyone has a double ramrod Bedford and would be willing to share them.
