I finally put a handle on it

This is the first blade I attempted. It is made from a Rail Spike from the Shortline Railroad. The handle is a piece of scrap maple. I purposely left the blade a little rough to add character. Getting stir crazy waiting for the 27th. I gotta keep busy, not working driving me crazy.

if you would have used a spike from the "longline railroad", maybe you could have had a bigger knife.
