I have been reading the threads talking about using modern double barrels for making a muzzle loading fowler. I have a good set of barrels that I would like to have a double flint made of. They are 28" long and are good and solid (IMHO). They shot real goo until I had it at a gunsmith and he lost the stock and the receiver(I guess that is what it is called). Who is someone to do the job? I won't ask for ballpark price because I guess who ever could do it would make the price.
I am just shopping and did not wish to hijack someone's thread.
