Possibly Mike Keller - I don't have his contact info but he used to live in Eunemclaw Washington. He was at several of the early CLA shows but I have not seen him in a few years.

I asked Dave Rase to take a look at this as he and Mike Keller worked together a lot. Nice work on it.
