Case bottles

I'm looking for as many sources as I can find for hand blown square "case bottles" appropriate to the 18th century. All help appreciated in advance.

I know they make them here in the Jamestown Glass House for the settlement and for Williamsburg.  From the Glass House, they are a lot cheaper than anywhere else.  If you are interested, I could take a look this weekend and see what they have in stock.
