Cable Damascus Integral with Sash Sheath

I had recently posted this over on Art and Jan's blog and thought I might share it here also. I forged this knife from Cable Damascus with an integral bolster and an overall length of 10 1/4 inches. The handle is curly maple with through peened construction. The sash sheath is constructed of various weights of veg tan and dyed with some of my mixes. Hand sewn throughout.
