Hi
I just found this board, but have to admit that my experience with the subject matter is restricted to having built a Kentucky Pistol & an 1858 New Army .44 from CVA kits. But having spent 20+ years in Tool & Die the ability to produce what they did 200 years ago,and more, has always interested me.
I had a quick question, there was a gunmaker registered at the Ohio site(AOLR) having worked there in Hocking County in the mid 1800s,his name was Ezra Hudson.Later on in life he moved to Wisconsin and died there in 1900.Has anyone here ever heard of him,any information?
Thanks
Bob
