Chunk gun load

What would be the typica winningl chunk gun load with respect to powder, patch, lube and ball ?

I have the impression it woulld be a bit unusual given the competition.  Lon

My L.H. full stock flint, Chambers large Siler lock, 3/8 - 32 White Lighting touch hole ,chunk rifle it has a 1 1/2 x 44  .45 Douglas barrel . It likes 90 grains Swiss FFF  .451 ball and Wayne Lambson's teflon patching .I us a drop tube clean after each shot and try to seat the ball with the same amount of pressure each time. If I do my part it will stack them right on top of each other.

This is my chunk gun load. 45 H&H barrel open sight Flintlock half-stock.  .454 ball, .020 Teflon  patch, 90 gr
Goex FF.   100 yd target. I shot this on my 65th birthday about 3 years ago.

Excellent target, Phil. I assume by saying it's a 100 yard target, you weren't merely re-stating what is stamped at the top of the target, ie:  100Yard Rifle Target. Excellent for just over an inch.
