That's red.  Are you going to use other stains on top or are you happy with it?

when i sealed it ,it got darker, i should finish rifle this weekend and apost a finished pik

I think that will look good with a darker/brownish finish on top.  Shows off the figure pretty well, also, and that will just get better after you varnish or oil it.   Glad you figured out pictures.

That is turning out nice.  I'm wondering if the Dangler's red stain is based on alkanet root or logwood ... ???

 Very nice coloration. I would have loved a few more pictures. I have used the Dangler stains for a couple of projects and like them very much. So far though, it has been a combination of colors and nbot one by itself. I think it a bit scary to put all your money on one only. But, I am learning.
