Rich Dillon about swept the awards in the Masters category, which shows the judges do know what they are doing!

Mr. Dillon,

Very appropriate and well executed engraving on that piece!

Hey Rich,

I'm sure you still ridin' the Dixon's "High" this morning but I hope you will find some time today to post some pics of the 2 guns you entered.

Your "Oldman" was very proud of you when he stopped by my table on Sunday morning. He told me to go look at your guns but unfortunately I never made it that far.

I never did  get around to see the whole show this year.

Anyway.......... PICTURES......MAN.......PICTURES !!!!!!!!!

This is TORTURE !!!!!!

If Acer puts his stamp of approval on the engraving it must be over the top.  Where are the pictures, I love seeing fine engraving.  Rich, did you use a hammer and chisel or a pneumatic system like GRS or Lindsey.  Inquiring minds want to know.

I tend to wander instead of staying at my table. The Dillon fowler was exceptional. Ed Wenger's Shroyer was every bit as good. It looks like a Shroyer. I don't think it won as much as it should have. Both well done.

The engraving was indeed masterly. Crisp, clean, perfectly executed and believably English thru and thru. The nick borders were right up there with the best.

Always good to see somebody's work improve dramatically through hard work and dedication.

Wish I had seen this gun, but like a couple others have indicated here I didn't make it over to look. Maryellen only got one shot of the gun awards table, but I bet somebody who was at Dixon's took some pictures of this gun. if Rich is unable to post any pictures right now, maybe we can post some for him? If any of you have pictures of the gun don't be bashful, I am sure somebody here will be glad to help you post the pictures if you don't know how.

Seems as though Rich has disappeared.  Wouldn't know why, after experiencing such success... ???

I guess nobody took pictures this year??? By this time in  previous years we should have been inundated with photos of all the smiling faces! From what I saw turnout was lowest I have seen in years... Blame the economy! Looked like 1988 to me
