Humber Valley - What happened?

Anyone got the scoop on why this small company went under?  I wanted one of their pouches for the longest time.

Gary--I've been searching my grey cells for whatever I can recall about them. It seems to be stored in there that they were working somehow in concert with First Nations women who were doing the hand stitching. There may have been some legal or logistic or business complications involved in keeping that relationship functioning. Or I could be way off base.

Weren't they based on Vancouver Island? I'm wondering if any of our Canadian friends might have had some insights they could share.
