Touchmark Question?
« on: February 25, 2012, 04:38:17 AM »
I bought this knife off a good friend of mine.  He could not remember the maker.  Does anyone recognize the touch mark?  Thanks in advance.

The knife is made by Scott Summerville out of Alton, Illinois. He makes very fine knifes. I have several of his knifes and they are sharp. If you need to contact him, his number is 618-547-7142. He is sometimes at Fort de Chartres in April for the Trade Fair.

Best knife you will ever own.  He also makes folders and straight edge razors. I always look forward to seeing him.

His wife Linda makes the best hand stitched shirts and waistcoats too. They both will do custom orders.

Gary, will you be at the Trade Fair this year?

Yes I will be at the April Trade Fair at the Fort. I plan of going down there on Thursday so I may be ready for school days on Friday. If I can't set up Thursday, I will be there early Friday to help with school day and then set up. Hope that all can come, it's a great event. Remember this is a juried event, no walk ins.
