Yesterday's crew

Seven of us shot our trail yesterday in temperatures a few degrees above freezing and brilliant sunshine.  All the snow is gone from the trees, and it's only about knee deep in the bush.  Daryl used my Verner rifle, and once he figured out the sights and the simple trigger, he shot very well.  I shot my Chambers' PA Fowler and am very pleased with its performance.  I took some pictures of the lads shooting, the usual group shot from the same site, and a couple to show how dry our air is, even during a melt.

It looks a littel colder there but still looks like fun . It was about 65 yesterday her ;De   nice looking gun!!!!!

We had five at our shoot yesterday.  20+ mph wind, 85 degrees....  Still lots of fun bucking the wind.  The 85 degrees made the cold refreshments taste all the better. :)  Today we have 25+ mph wind and 48 degrees.  Makes today's coffee taste pretty good. ;D
