Anybody know about this?  Their theme this year is the Pennsylvania Long rifle, so I assume that they will have builders at the festival.

Anybody going (or ever been)?

Looks like destination of interest, especially in conjunction with a visit to the Landis Valley Museum exhibit!

Thanks.  I've just emailed the organizers to see what activities they have planned specifically regarding the Pennsylvania Rifle.  Will post the reply when I receive it!

Thanks for the pictures!

FYI: I just heard back from one of the organizers and it sounds like the Pennsylvania Longrifle focus of the 2012 Folk Festival will be modest--he said at the very least they will be having a gun maker on sight demonstrating 18th century techniques, but they're not sure about how much more they're going to do beyond that.  So, still might be an interesting stop over but if I go, I will not have super-high expectations and will simply try to enjoy the Festival :)
