Engraved Horn Bottle/Flask.
« on: May 24, 2012, 05:47:21 AM »
This is another one of my small horn bottle/flasks that I make with some of my left-over horn sections.  I don't use them horn scraps all for bands! __ A simply item to make and a good way to keep my engraving eyes working steady. __  Ends are American walnut from my backyard and spout and stopper is turned horn. __The Indian is suppose to be a Mohawk with a peace medal.  The reverse side has a folk art Moon/Sun face image. __ Some just call these little horns, SALT horns, but I like them for a lot of small things!
