Don't laugh.  I have thought many times about dragging a rifle around my acreage with a rope but have never mustered up enough courage (stupidity) to actually do it. ;D ::) ;D

I know at least one decoy collector locally that used to drag newer/nicer dekes behind his pickup, or throw them in a ditch for the winter, and would get twice as much when he sold them as old working decoys.   ;)

Yup,in the furniture re-finishing biz,a can of nut's and bolts and a small length of chain gives ya a real good working patina on new furniture.Along with an ice pick for worm hole's and tunnel's. I hired my cousin from Poland a number of years ago and he thought it was amazing we would "damage" a piece of furniture we worked so hard on re-finishing! He also laughed at our "antique's". His house is close to 400 years old and 2-300 year old item's are not un-common!

Great pic's!

Glad to see that Scott has finally accepted the technology of the 21st century. I believe that he used to hitch up the team on the Connestoga wagon and drag the horns behind that. Nice horn Scott! By the way, a feller up in Wyoming, (Powell, I believe), published a great book on the banded horn. You might want to get a copy of that to do your next horn, Scott. Looks like there could be an improvement in sophistication.

With the price of gas and all, I see his prices must change with the price oil.   ;D  That was revealing.
