I saw the plans to make the jig for the drill press to drill between 2 points. I just happened to have a min lathe and a micro mill. The t-nuts on mill are 1/4 20. chucked up 3 inches of 1/4 20 threaded rod and put a point on it. One nut, one washer, and thread into t-nut on mill and I got my jig. Spent more time thinking about how I would be able to get one lined up on the drill press perfectly. Put a hole from tang to trigger guard. Total time including building jig was less than 4 or 5 min. john
