I spoke with them last week, updated the site and it froze. They are working on it. If you have a catalog item# or a question they can take phone orders.

I ordered via phone from then just last week and the young lady who took the order said they were having trouble with the site. Good people, my order arrived in two days. Hopefully the site problem will be solved soon.

Same here, I tried to order on line all weekend. Called on Monday and spoke with a very pleasant lady. Order arrived 2 days later.

I just ordered some stuff yesterday through e-mail.  She usually gets back within the day, always within 24 hours.
