How much hornets nest?

I have acquired a few good sized hornets nests. I was wondering what is a good amount to use as over shot wadding in a .62 smoothbore?

Over the shot!  Just enough to make sure the shot stays in place. I lke about 1/8 inch thats compressed  over mine. As a cushion wad at least 1/2 inch in my 2o guage
