Anyone know anything about this gunmaker. Active in London form 1796 to 1860?

John Prosser listed has a sword cutler and gun maker  at 9 Charing Cross London from 1796  to 1853 .He then moved to 37 Charing Cross  1854 to 1860,the well known cutler and gun maker Henry Tatham also worked from the same address 37 Charing Cross  from 1859-60 but has a seperate business

Thanks for the information. I have an opportunity to acquire a flintlock pistol by John Prosser and looking for anything I can find about him.
