Anyone remember what the breech threads were on the old Douglas barrels? Mine is a 1" .45. I'm thinking 5/8"18TPI, but not sure.

You got it 5/8"X18. I got a 15/16" .45cal. 1-66" twist in the shop right now, that never been on a gun.
