I did. Me too. This has turned me away from PA rifles--at least for a while. I don't think my PA rifles would mind living with this gun in the rack. I'm just gobsmacked!  :o

That's a really kick a** piece!  And I love the box.  Love everything about it, in fact.  Absolutely excellent lines and flow there.

I got the chance to see his work in hand today.  it's awesome.
 I'd love to have 1 hanging on my wall. Heck of a nice guy to boot.

Thank you guys, I definitely enjoyed building it! Some of those NC Piedmont rifles have a feel about them like nothing else, I was trying to bring some of that out in this rifle without copying any one particular piece.

I like the rifle on the blog too.  The one I'm referring to that so impressed me was the one at Lewisburg
with the poured pewter wrist and nosecap.  I wish I had pictures to post.

really love that gun.I saw it at dixons and lewisburg. one of my favorites.And Ian is a really knowledgeable and talented builder .    Bill
