Thanks for the help with the photos. Since the subjectof TRS locks has been on tbe,ALR site lately I thought I would post pics of TRS Manton locks as assembled by Bob Roller. No worry about the internals on these locks. I puchased these locks from Frank Bartlett when he decided he could no longer build guns. Rod Gates built the Manton. Just wanted to show one method of using TRS castings. Bob's work on these locks  as usual was great. Tim

One thing is certain,I want no more jobs like these. Original locks used for masters
will try the patience of a Cigar Store Indian.I made these locks for "Bud"Garrott, now
deceased and then Frank Bartlett got them but I don't know when.I remember delivering them
to Bud at Ralph Marcum's shoot in McKee,Ky.
I am glad to see they were put to good use.
Many thanks for the compliments on my making them but I never want to do any more.

I must amend my statement about using antique locks for masters
in mould making. The Twigg is a copy from an antique and a fine vehicle
to make into a good performer in spite of the size.
My next crazy idea is an L&R small Manton with a double throated cock.
I have the parts and will see what it looks like.
