Patch Knife

This is a patch knife I just finished up. It is 8" overall with a 3 1/2" blade forged from an old file. The whitetail antler handle has a bullet starter and a pewter bolster. The sheath is vegetable tanned cow hide sewn with linen thread and dyed dark. It is made to be tied onto a shooting bag. I may age the leather some to make it match the knife. I will have to see what it looks like after it dries some more.

Really nice looking knife...I agree that the starter is a great feature that you can imagine a Horner adding in.
