What size molds for .55 cal and .46 cal barrels?

What size ball molds should I start with to pour ball for a Hoyt .55 cal barrel and a Hoyt .46 cal barrel?

That would be a .540 mold and a .450 mold. You might get a tighter patch ball arrangement later, but for now at least this will get the ball down the barrel.

I have shot Bob's barrels for years and loved them.  I have always found that they do best with a thick patch and a smaller ball.  I agree, try about .015 under.
