Don't know about Midway's, but Grizzly's is an Asian repop. They were pretty frail, IMO. Grizzly DOES seem to work to get better quality from their sources, so they might be better than they were. However...
A call to Midway might reveal their source for this one, as well as verifying their return policy and warrantee. Don't mean to disparage Grizzly, BTW; I've been impressed with their machines.
