I'll sweeten it...I'll clean my rifle after a full day's shooting, and have Daryl film the event.  I'll donate every penny dedicated, to this site!

Hi  I did a search on the chemicals produced with the combustion of blackpowder
sulfur dioxide can cause a series of health problems
I think it best we rethink this as someone could have a health problem
all over a $ 5.00 bet-I suggest you do some research before going ahead
As far as the remainder poured over my head   --if you insist on
going ahead after reading the above--I will mail my $ 5.00
and look forward to the video

ever smell BP smoke?  then you've had all those terrible bad things inside your body.  A constant diet of such might be bad.  but

A few swigs of bucket water ain't going to kill nobody.  Ethyl Alcohol is toxic too...lighten up. ;)

what size groups should i expect from a 50 cal. thompson percussion rifle ? will be shooting patched r. ball & 3f goex . are 1' groups possible with 1 in 48 twist rifling ? just curious , have not begun to work up a load yet , and looking for sugestions. as always thanks in advance .
If the day is good it should shoot near an inch at 100 if you are lucky.

Orange juice use to be almost a health food; now it ruins your teeth and makes you gain weight and offers no nutrition.  Just wait till Obama is out of office - barring his goal of Emperor - and OJ will be a health food once again.  Don't get me started on coffee which has always been on a constant roller coaster.

I disagree with Dan's estimate - but I do believe that 1 foot groups are possible as you ask - on a good day, that is, with little or no wind and the typical .010" patch and .388" ball. :o
