That's been the way it is for years and years. They are awesome at identifying great originals and getting molds made. Less stellar at communication. Most will advise to keep trying to cont act them by multiple methods on multiple days, fax, email, and phone, be patient and only order things that are in stock now. It isn't perfect but nobody else is rushing in to do a better job, so there you go.
