It's better than the CVA and Traditions Arms models,

Added 12/30,,
what Black Jack says below is true, the "Trapper" is not a Lyman.

Are you sure it's a Lyman? The "Trapper" named pistol is marketed by Traditions. Lyman calls their pistol the "Plains Pistol".

fun little pistols. If a flintlock sometimes the frizzens are a little soft but thats easy to take care of. Percussion models, no problems with the locks. Im not sure how accurate they are to be honest. I know my cva mountain pistol is accurate as sin, so with load development, theres no reason why i cant see the trapper being accurate. If its priced right, buy it!

I don't shoot my Trapper much any more but it is very accurate. Mine is a capper by the way.
