Need Builder for TOW Fusil C Kit

I have a TOW fusil C kit with walnut stock that I need a builder to assemble and finish. The kit has never been touched, as is from Track. Arthritis is preventing me from continuing working on guns and I would like to have this one completed.

I would appreciate any recommendations for gunsmiths in south eastern Missouri, souther Illinois, western Kentucky, etc. as I live about 90 miles south of St. Louis.
