Under Acknowledgements, at the bottom of Page 13, RCA Vol 1 (Second Edition) Shumway lists the definitions of the measurements used.

C: Trigger Pull
D: barrel Diameter at Breech
E: Width of butt-plate at max
F: Height of butt-plate (toe to heel)
G: Max width of butt-stock
H: Width of wrist at minimum
I: Height of wrist at minimum

A while back, I decided it would just be easier if I memorized them all.  So, I made up a card and hung it here by my desk where I could work on memorization.

Ten years later, when paging through RCA, I still find myself looking up at the note instead of relying on memory.  Typing it in was easy--it was already right in front of me!
