Custom cast iron plate

I'm looking to have a 6 1/4" x 5 1/4" x 1/4"-1/2" thick tuyere for a coal forge(just a rectangular plate with a bunch of 1/4-3/8 holes). Does anyone do custom castings like this? I have done a web search and made a few contacts but no joy yet

the fellow at http://www.fortvauseoutfitters.com/ casts anvils... and last time I spoke with him he said that if you could  give him a rendering of what you wanted he could have it cast (anvils). Perhaps he could do something like a tuyer

you can buy cast iron bar from MSC or maybe McMaster-Carr.

 You could make one out of fire clay  or ceramic porcelain. That part of a forge doesn't get as hot as you might think. The draft actually cools it and heat goes up. If you just have to have cast iron see if you can find a hole cover off of an old wood cook stove. Some places still sell part foor wood stoves.

Why not just use plate steel and drill the holes in it?

or make one from steel plate for less.  I bought 2 on Ebay several years ago.  I do a fair amount of work at the forge and each lasted about a  year.  I now make my own from 3/8" steel plate and they last just as long.

Would a cast iron griddle work to make one?  The Amish stores in our area have a good selection.
