Very nice. Does look a little white though. If the horn is thin enough you should be able to darken it some and still see the powder, think?

I don't usually comment on accoutrements - simply enjoy the presentation and live in envy.  But this one is outstanding to my eye.  We like it.

Nice work, Ed. I think a new horn should look new. Join it with a new rifle and let them grow old together.

I see this as a partner with a pouch I have in mind.  Great job Ed!

Architecture is great, well done but...I would put some color on it. It is not to late for AF.

rub a little burnt black powder residue on it and some dirty greasy hands will put the perfect patina on it. Hey send it to me and I will be happy to work on the patina for ya!

If you plan to sell it, you could offer it at a price for "new," with "aged" as an option. ;D

Very nice. Does look a little white though.

Oddly enough, I was wishing it were a little whiter.

I wouldn't worry, if he is like anybody else I know it will be black and grungy if he uses it.
