Latest Horn project
« on: May 13, 2014, 03:48:00 PM »
We were contacted early this spring by a man who wished to have a commemorative horn made for one of his ancestors.  The Mans name was Comfort Haskell. He fought in the American Revolution.  One of the campaigns he was involved in was Sullivans Campaign. I was intrigued because one of my G G G Grandfathers was also on Sullivans Campaign.  Sometime after the war Comfort and his family immigrated to England and then on to Australia , where his decedents live today.  This kind of a project comes along once in a while and I really feel good about commemorating the men who took part in building our country.  I am finishing with the staining process this afternoon and will try to get pictures up.

The Buffalo horn was done for the 4th Great Grandson of Billy Bowlegs.  That was a neat project to complete also.
