Stock question

I have a 62 caliber rifle barrel from Danny Caywood it's 42" long and it's a round barrel  trying to figure what kind of stock would go with it I'm thinking a Lancaster style or a fowler type stock just planing a plain gun nothing fancy. Any thoughts.

Fowler would work the Best.

.62 cal. rifled ?  Early English game/stalking rifle.  Early ketland Chambers lock.  Steel or brass trim, about like a long fowler...Tom
