Well finally getting close.  Here's the latest progress on my current project, a rifle for my nephewhttps://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t99/jtflintlock/imagejpg1.jpg[/img]]

The link didn't work for me Jeff. I will say the butt and patch box are looking great, nice engraving!

I tried to edit the link but it seems as though it is the same pic, could be wrong.

Thanks for the comments.
As for the link showing below the photo... That's just the link for the posted image.  Why it remained visible under the pic, I don't know ???  The small screws are temporary.

I was in a hurry last night when I posted this.  Those that know me know that I'm not exactly fast, but it feels good to finally be approaching completion on this project.
Problem is, in addition to being slow, I have this bad habit of leaving little details undone and moving on to another step of the build.  (Each new start I say I'm not going to do that this time).  Anyway, it's now time to clean up all those details, but so far, so good.

Just happy to have something completed far enough to show some progress.

I do the same thing Jeff, always hopping ahead of myself working one thing then another instead of completing one aspect and moving to the next. I believe its a case of feverish brain syndrome.
