Who besides TRS makes a big lock? Looking for a Dutch style . One that is around 6 1/2" or larger.

Check with Chambers on their new round face lock. My class used it on a Blunderbus class.

Loyalist Arms used to have their "India" made locks, for sale. I know they had some large early style, [ dog locks ]
These locks were forged, and assembled in India and were the same as used on the firearms Loyalist sold.
Might be an option for you. Otherwise, Jeff Miller, for one, could make you one. I believe Mike Miller offers hand made locks as well.

Mike, first off you are right. My wording was out of line.
I considered a lock from India and not real sure about them.
Although they are hand forged. PC I would say.
I'll check Chambers too. John Bosh when he was alive
helped me some on building BIG locks. I can't do the fine
work any more.

New Chambers roundface is 5 15/16 long, 1 1/16 tall just behind the fence. There is about a 5/32 gap when I put a straightedge across the 'banana' curve along the bottom edge of the plate.

No screws show on the face of the lock except for the cock retaining screw.

If you consider one of the India locks, I've visited their shop in Udaipur, India. It is quite an experience. Their locks are indeed hand forged and one of these days when I figure out how to get a large video off my iphone I'll get Dennis to post it. If you are interested in them, there are a bunch of them on ebay right now. If you want to contact them, go through their ebay site and ask for Praddy. I may have their email address somewhere. You wouldn't believe this place. I'm not sure how they spark as some have said they need a lot of tuning. But, they are pretty inexpensive for you to experiment with.

I truly wonder how different they are from the ones made 300 years ago.
The men in those shops are extremely poor and work for nothing. Given
what they have to work with they may not be to bad. My oldest did some
missionary work there and said conditions are horrid to say the least.
With what we can do here with one of them just might be the thing to do.

While that may be true , I can tell you I have worked over a couple of the India locks and while they are basic and rather crude , with a little more work they do end up being reasonable
I have even seen hand forged locks made here that IMO were a lot worse

Consider taking the internals of a US made lock, and making a new plate for it. Might need to make a matching cock and frizzen, too.
