Years ago I saw an antique pistol in a museum display (wish I could remember where) that had a unique front sight. It had a sliver blade that looked as though it was let into the barrel and then held in place with a round silver pin driven into a hole drilled through the barrel very near the edge of the top flat. Any one ever seen this?
