Nice shot....nice deer...but that saying has always confused me...
I had always heard that Mark Baker was the technical adviser for Mel Gibson, and that he taught him the phrase....even so, what the heck does it mean?
Does it mean that if you aim at a tiny spot on the foe instead of center mass you are likely to miss all together? Or that if you aim at a tiny spot you are likely to only miss it by a tiny amount? I much prefer "breathe in, breathe out...sight alignment, sight picture....and squeeze don't pull."
